NautaDutilh acted as Dutch counsel to STMicroelectronics on the issuance of USD 1.5 billion senior unsecured bonds convertible into ordinary shares. The convertible bonds will be issued in two tranches with a maturity of 5 years and 7 years, respectively. The proceeds will be used by STMicroelectronics for general corporate purposes, including the early redemption of the outstanding USD 750 million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2027.
