NautaDutilh assisted Dudok Groepsholding B.V. with its sale of Peute Recycling B.V. to the Thai packaging company SCG Packaging Public Company Limited.

The deal was closed in person on Friday, 15 July, 2022 at the office of Houthoff in Rotterdam. At this meeting, representatives from the seller, management and purchaser from the Netherlands and Thailand were present.

About Peute Recycling B.V
Peute Recycling B.V. is an internationally operating company that focuses on the recycling of paper and plastics. The company was founded in 1960 and over the past 60 years has developed from a small, local player into one of the largest independent paper and plastics processors in the world. The head office and production site are located in Dordrecht, and Peute Group also has trading companies in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, China and Indonesia. With the acquisition of Peute Recycling B.V. SCG Packaging wishes to grow to a leading international packaging and recycling company.
