NautaDutilh has assisted Patrizia KvG in connection with the sale of a real estate asset located in Mons to a Belgian investor.
The property is fully leased to the Belgian State Buildings Agency (Regie der Gebouwen) under a long-term lease agreement, ensuring stable occupancy secured by a public tenant.
