NautaDutilh assisted TripLink with obtaining its payment institution license from the Dutch Central Bank. TripLink is part of Trip.com Group, which is a Nasdaq-listed globally operating online travel service provider (including Ctrip, Travix and Skyscanner).

TripLink is a globally operating provider of virtual commercial cards enabling cross border payments. By obtaining a license in the Netherlands, TripLink aims to roll out its service offerings to customers in the entire EU.
The NautaDutilh team assisted TripLink with preparing the licence package and managing the entire licensing and shareholder approval process with the Dutch Central Bank. This included the set-up and governance of the Dutch subsidiary that will be providing payment services across the EU.
