Giovanni Smet has joined NautaDutilh Brussels as local partner in the Taxation practice.
Giovanni advises on Belgian and international taxation law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions. He also has extensive experience advising on corporate restructurings, financing transactions, investment funds, financial products and real estate matters. In addition, he regularly advises on international tax treaties, tax rulings and interactions with tax authorities.
