NautaDutilh welcomes Jochem Polderman as counsel in our New York office, advising on corporate and capital markets transactions. Jochem acts as Dutch counsel to global financial institutions, corporations, and alongside major US law firms on US-originated high value cross-border transactions, requiring Dutch law advice.

In addition to general corporate representations, Jochem has acted as legal counsel to both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of equity and debt capital market transactions. He has advised listed companies, their management and their shareholders on their ongoing and incidental (disclosure) obligations pursuant to Dutch/EU corporate and securities law.

Jochem has practiced as a Dutch Lawyer in our Amsterdam and London offices, and independently from the US. He brings a unique cross section of expertise to clients involved in cross border matters requiring Dutch law advice.

Partnering with our US clients and law firms continues to be a top priority of our firm. The addition of Jochem in New York not only enhances our cross border corporate and capital markets expertise, it reflects our ongoing commitment to the evolving needs of clients in the US.

“Having worked with NautaDutilh at various points over the years, I could not have found a better fit for my practice. I am familiar with the clients of the firm and its culture. The US market is a top priority for the firm, and I am excited to be a part of it. I look forward to meeting clients and welcome outreach in the event we can be of assistance,” says Jochem Polderman.

“Very happy to officially welcome Jochem to our New York office. Having worked together for many years, I’m especially pleased to see him join us here. His presence further strengthens our full-service corporate and capital markets offering, particularly for clients and referral firms across the US,” says Antonia Netiv, co-lead Capital Markets team.
