NautaDutilh Luxembourg is strengthening its Corporate practice with the arrival of Séverine Brasseur, who joins the firm as counsel as of 1 September 2026.
Séverine advises Luxembourg and international clients on corporate law matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, especially in the regulated financial entities sector. She advises financial investors, private equity funds and other types of investment funds, and assists international groups with their cross-border transactions and strategic projects.

Qualified as a lawyer in France, Germany and Luxembourg, Séverine has developed extensive experience at leading international law firms. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, she spent more than five years at a major Luxembourg business law firm, where she successively held the positions of senior associate and counsel.
