- NautaDutilh advised Ocwen Financial Corporation ("Ocwen"), a financial services provider listed on the NYSE on Luxembourg legal aspects of the demerger of its mortgage and defaulter management departments and the associated listing of shares in the demerged entities Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. ("Altisource") on Nasdaq Global Market. NautaDutilh has advised Altisource since its foundation on tax aspects relevant to the design and development of its international operations.

- NautaDutilh advises US based Masonite, one of the world’s biggest door manufacturers, in regard to a tax-efficient financing structure via Luxembourg.
- NautaDutilh advises Nexon, a leading Korean online game developer and publisher, on structuring and establishing its European headquarters in Luxembourg.
- NautaDutilh advised Wind Acquisition Finance S.A. on its issue of high-yield bonds and attracting new bank credit through Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA (a leading Italian telecommunications company) for a total value of EUR 6.6 billion. The refinancing of the Wind group consisted of (i) a new senior credit facility of EUR 3.9 billion and (ii) the issue of high-yield senior secured bonds by Wind Acquisition Finance S.A. to a value of EUR 2.7 billion. NautaDutilh provided Wind Acquisition Finance S.A. with Luxembourgian taxation, legal and regulatory advice. In 2010, the transaction was the biggest high-yield refinancing in Europe.
