On 5 consecutive Tuesdays in November and December from 16:30 – 17:30 hours CET, we, in collaboration with global law firm Sidley Austin LLP and HollandBIO, will host panels and workshops on 5 topics of relevance for companies, investors, advisors and other key players in the life sciences sector.

Tuesday, 7 December we will end this sessions with a 'Next generation track: term sheet negotiation game'. Learn and experience the challenges and pitfalls of negotiating a VC term sheet during an interactive negotiation game. Become a top notch negotiator and get familiar with terms like pre- and post, money valuation, anti-dilute, leaver clauses and liquidation preferences.
