NautaDutilh Brussels has an outstanding reputation in corporate / M&A, banking & finance, capital markets, taxation, intellectual property, employment law, public & regulatory and dispute resolution.
Focusing on seven sectors (financial Institutions, real estate & infrastructure, energy & natural resources, life sciences, consumer products, private equity and professional services) we are able to offer our worldwide clients tailor-made solutions based on a thorough knowledge of all relevant markets.
Almost all of our lawyers are fluent in English, French and Dutch and many of them speak other languages as well. Most of the lawyers and legal professionals in our Brussels office are members of the Brussels Bar. In addition, a number are members of the Paris and New York Bars, or are allowed to work as lawyers in England and Wales.
Sustainable development is high on NautaDutilh’s list of priorities and we’ve been working on raising awareness since 2004. This longstanding commitment was honoured with a two-star ‘eco-label’, awarded by the Brussels Institute for Environmental Management (Institut Bruxellois pour la Gestion de l'Environnement) in 2010. NautaDutilh was the first law firm in the greater Brussels metropolitan district to be awarded a two-star eco-label.
