Mickaël Abbou is an associate in our Intellectual Property (IP), Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and Competition practice. His practice focus in the sector of the financial services (investment fund promoters and other financial institutions) in relation to their compliance with various regulations as data protection, cybersecurity and IT outsourcing by assisting them with the negotiating of various commercial contracts.
Mickaël holds a Maîtrise in "Business Law" (2014) and a Master's degree in "Multimedia and Computer Science Law" (2016) from the Panthéon-Assas University (France). He also holds an Engineering degree in Cybersecurity from Télécom SudParis - Institut Mines Télécom (France, 2018) and is qualified as such as an expert in Management and Securitisation of Networks and of IT Infrastructures under the French National Directory of Professional Certifications.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg, Mickaël worked for another renowned law firm in Luxembourg.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018.
Mickaël is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
