Isabelle Absalon is a senior associate in our Tax practice. She advises clients on a wide range of tax matters, including the tax aspects of structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, private equity, and hedge fund strategies. Isabelle also supports high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs in cross-border situations. She is especially active in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, as well as the aerospace and defense industry. In addition, she has particular expertise in transfer pricing and tax compliance.

Isabelle is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
Education
Isabelle holds a double Master's degree in Business Law and Tax Law from the University of Lorraine (2014–2015), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg (2013). She also completed the Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL) in Luxembourg in 2018. Before joining NautaDutilh, Isabelle gained experience as a Tax Advisor at another international law firm and at a Big Four firm in Luxembourg.
