Ishan Ahmad specialises in corporate law and has a particular interest in corporate restructuring. 

Ishan obtained a double master degree (cum laude) in corporate and financial law from the VUB and the University of Leeds in 2018. He was admitted to the Brussels Bar that same year. Ishan has also obtained a postgraduate degree "curator – vereffenaar" from the KU Leuven in 2020. 

Before joining NautaDutilh in 2021, he worked at another reputable law firm.  

Ishan speaks Dutch, English and French and has a basic knowledge of German.
