Lenneke de Baar

Lenneke de Baar is a member of NautaDutilh’s Finance department, where she specialises in loan finance and restructuring & insolvency. She advises financial institutions and corporate clients in domestic and international financing transactions.
Previously, Lenneke worked in the Dispute Resolution team where she advised and litigated on matters relating to corporate and commercial law, and insolvency. In addition, Lenneke was based in the firm's New York office from March 2017 through February 2018, where she handled cross-border matters involving Dutch corporate law and Netherlands law aspects of international finance transactions.
Lenneke earned her LLM in Private Law from Utrecht University (cum laude) in 2016 - and joined NautaDutilh the same year. Lenneke is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
