Else Bavinck Associate

Else Bavinck is an associate in NautaDutilh's Administrative Law department (in Amsterdam and Rotterdam). She advises on various administrative law issues in respect of, amongst other things, environmental law, nature conservation law, energy law and general administrative law. Else represents (semi)governmental institutions as well as commercial companies.
 
Previously, Else was a member of the Litigation & Arbitration department of NautaDutilh, where she advised and litigated for both national and international clients on matters relating to corporate and commercial law.
 
Else completed a Master of Laws in Civil Law (cum laude) at the University of Leiden in 2017 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. Before she started studying law, Else studied Liberal Arts and Sciences (honours degree, cum laude) at Amsterdam University College, with a focus on international and European law, anthropology and philosophy. During her studies, Else twice studied half a year at Stellenbosch University (South Africa) and Sciences Po Toulouse (France).
 
Else speaks Dutch, English and French.
