Liselotte is experienced in litigating before the Dutch national courts, most notably in relation to trade marks, copyrights and patents. Furthermore, Liselotte has extensive experience in representing clients in relation to trade mark cancellation and opposition proceedings before the Benelux and EU trade mark offices and in appeal before the Benelux Court of Justice and General Court of the EU.
