

Liselotte Bekke Associate
Liselotte Bekke specialises in intellectual property law. Her work includes both contentious and non-contentious matters. She advises national and international clients on all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, trade names and internet domain names.
She also has experience in dispute resolution and advice in the field of competition and EU law (including abuse of dominance, cartels, state aids, public procurement, merger control, selective distribution as well as cooperation and distribution agreements).
Liselotte is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and Dutch Society for Pharmaceutical Law (Vereniging voor Farma en Recht).
Liselotte graduated from the VU University Amsterdam in 2014, where she obtained a master's degree in Internet, Intellectual Property & ICT (cum laude) and Private Law (cum laude). Liselotte joined NautaDutilh in 2015 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
