Liselotte Bekke, senior associate with our IP group, acts for clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters in the area of intellectual property law as well as advertising law. Her clients are active in a variety of industries, including fashion and luxury, consumer goods, food and beverages, technology and financial services.

Liselotte is experienced in litigating before the Dutch national courts, most notably in relation to trade marks, copyrights and patents. Furthermore, Liselotte has extensive experience in representing clients in relation to trade mark cancellation and opposition proceedings before the Benelux and EU trade mark offices and in appeal before the Benelux Court of Justice and General Court of the EU.

    Liselotte is a member of various associations, including the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI, where she actively participates in Dutch national study groups), the International Trademark Association (INTA, where she serves in the EUIPO Subcommittee of the Trademark Office Practices Committee), the Benelux Association for Trademark- and Design law (BMM), the Licensing Executives Society (LES) as well as the Dutch Association for Advertising law (Vereniging voor Reclamerecht).

    Liselotte graduated from the VU University Amsterdam in 2014, where she obtained a master's degree in Internet, Intellectual Property & ICT (cum laude) and Private Law (cum laude). Liselotte joined NautaDutilh in 2015.
