

Brahim Bénichou Counsel
Brahim Bénichou specialises in privacy, data protection (CIPP/E-certified) and compliance and also has extensive experience in commercial, distribution and corporate law.
Brahim advises businesses on compliance with privacy laws, the GDPR and e-commerce rules, drafts and negotiates agreements (such as ICT, distribution and joint venture agreements) and defends his clients' interests before the courts.
He has a particular interest in the Internet of things (IoT), the legal issues raised by technology and innovation, and legal design.
Brahim received his law degree cum laude from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 2006. He obtained an LLM in corporate law cum laude from KULeuven in 2010, where he is currently completing another LLM in intellectual property and ICT law.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2018, he worked at several other law firms and as a legal business partner for companies active in various sectors, such as tech and energy.
