Wouter van den Berg is a member of our Business Development, Marketing & Communications team. As a Business Development Advisor, he is responsible for NautaDutilh’s business development and client strategy, with a special focus on the Benelux corporate M&A market, venture capital, private equity and public M&A market. His work includes advising lawyers on various business development related matters and identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.

Wouter benefits from his experience as a legal Corporate M&A consultant at a big-4 law firm and being seconded as business developer to London.

Wouter graduated from the University of Utrecht in 2015 and holds a master's degree in Corporate Law. After graduating and gaining his relevant working experience at his previous employer, Wouter has joined NautaDutilh in 2022 as Business Development Advisor.
