Elise van Berkel is a member of our Dispute Resolution practice group. She advises and litigates for both Dutch and international clients in the areas of corporate, contract, and insolvency law. Previously, Elise worked within the Finance and Structured Finance & Securitisations practice groups, where she provided advice on national and cross-border financing transactions.

Elise earned her LLM in Corporate Law from Utrecht University in 2021, after she obtained her bachelor degree at the Utrecht Law College. In 2022, Elise graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she completed a master’s degree in Commercial Law (specialisation: Maritime and Transport Law).

Elise joined NautaDutilh in 2022 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
