Elise van Berkel is a member of the Banking & Finance section, practice group Finance. She advises banks, financial institutions and companies on both national and cross-border financing transactions.

Elise earned her LLM in Corporate Law from Utrecht University in 2021, after she obtained her bachelor degree at the Utrecht Law College. In 2022, Elise graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she completed a master’s degree in Commercial Law (specialisation: Maritime and Transport Law).

Elise joined NautaDutilh in 2022 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
