Tessa van Berkum is an associate within the NautaDutilh Capital Markets Group. She specialises in banking and securities law, with a focus on both equity capital markets and debt capital markets.

Previously Tessa was an associate in the securitisation team of the NautaDutilh Banking & Finance Group where she specialised in structured finance, including covered bonds and securitisations.

Tessa obtained her master's degree in Corporate Law from the Radboud University Nijmegen. She joined NautaDutilh in 2019 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
