

Louise-Anne Bertin Senior Associate
Louise-Anne Bertin practises real estate law, with a particular focus on civil and commercial aspects. She advises Belgian and international companies and investors on a wide range of real estate issues and assists them with real estate acquisitions, sale-and-leaseback transactions, residential, commercial and office lease agreements, rights in rem, PPP and the like.
Louise-Anne earned her bachelor's and master’s degrees in law (cum laude) from the University of Louvain (UCL). During her studies, she spent a year at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) on the Erasmus Belgica exchange programme. Louise-Anne also holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (New York), where she was a Kent scholar in 2019-2020.
Louise-Anne was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2015 and joined NautaDutilh in October of that year.
In September 2020, Louise-Anne became a teaching assistant at UCL’s constitutional law research institute (CRECO).
