Brice Bertolotti is an associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Brice holds a master's degree in EU and international business law from the University of Nancy (2016).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Brice worked for other reputed international and local law firms in Luxembourg. He was also a lecturer in French company law at the University of Nancy.

Brice is admitted to the Luxembourg bar (List I).

Brice is a French native speaker and is fluent in English.
