Alexander Bevers

Alexander Bevers works as a lawyer in the Corporate M&A department at NautaDutilh, where he advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border transactions, including mergers, joint ventures, and acquisitions. He also provides advice on Dutch legal aspects of corporate law contracts and commercial agreements.

Previously, Alexander was part of the Corporate Crime team at NautaDutilh. In this role, he acted for national and international companies, financial institutions, auditors, and government organisations in matters related to (anti)money laundering, (anti)corruption, fraud investigations, sanctions regulations, environmental criminal law, and economic offences.

Since 1 September 2021, Alexander has been with NautaDutilh. From October 2021 to August 2022, Alexander has worked at NautaDutilh's New York office. During this period, he advised both Dutch and foreign clients on Dutch corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions), as well as the Dutch legal aspects of cross-border financing transactions.
