Madelon de Blok is a member of our Real Estate & Infrastructure practice group. Madelon specialises in commercial real estate, with a focus on tenancy law (office space / retail space). Among her specialties are the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of lease agreements, including sale and lease back transactions and redevelopments.

Madelon also has extensive experience in due diligence, commercial real estate transactions (investments/divestments) and real estate related litigation. 

In 2009, Madelon completed the Grotius post graduate course in real estate law.
