Hugo Blom works within our Financial Law department in Amsterdam. He advises (inter)national companies and financial institutions such as banks, investment firms and investment funds on issues of financial (regulatory) law.

Before Hugo joined the Financial Law department, he was part of the Corporate Law (M&A) department. During this time, he advised clients on both national and cross-border transactions, mergers, investments, and acquisitions.

  • Qualifications

    Hugo obtained a master's degree in Corporate Law from Utrecht University, with a specialisation in commercial law. During his studies, Hugo completed internships at various organisations within the legal playing field.

    Hugo joined NautaDutilh in 2023. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
