Hugo Blom works within our Corporate M&A group. He advises Dutch and international clients on private and public mergers and acquisitions.

Hugo obtained a master's degree in Corporate Law from Utrecht University, with a specialisation in commercial law. During his studies, Hugo completed internships at various organisations within the legal playing field.

Hugo joined NautaDutilh in August 2023. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
