Arthur Boitelle is a member of NautaDutilh's Dispute Resolution department. He works on a wide range of cases, often with more than a purely legal perspective, and advises and litigates for both national and international clients. Arthur specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in ESG, as well as restructuring and insolvency matters.

Illustrative examples of recent cases include:
- Acting for Shell in proceedings before the Supreme Court initiated by Milieudefensie, which seeks to impose an emissions reduction obligation on Shell (2024 – 2025)
- Acting for IATA and several international airlines in summary proceedings against the Dutch government and Schiphol Airport concerning the reduction of the number of flight movements at Schiphol Airport (2023 – 2024)
- Acting for McDermott in its successful restructuring proceedings under the WHOA (Dutch restructuring plan) before the Dutch Court in parallel with the UK Restructuring Plan (2023 – 2024)
- Acting for Prosus in a class action brought by a Ukrainian foundation in summary proceedings (2022)

Qualifications
Arthur completed his LLM in Law & Finance at the University of Amsterdam in 2020 cum laude. He obtained his bachelor degree at the Utrecht Law College and studied for a year at the University of Cambridge.
Arthur joined NautaDutilh in 2020 and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. He speaks Dutch, English and Spanish
