Nicolas Bonora is a senior associate in our banking & finance practice. He assists clients on all kinds of financial and regulatory matters including capital markets transactions, loan finance, corporate finance, real estate financing, securitisation transactions, bonds issuances, international credit structures and listing regulations. He mainly advises and represents banks and other financial institutions.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Nicolas worked at another renowned Luxembourg law firm. In 2019, he spent ten months in our New York office where he advised clients on the Luxembourg law aspects of U.S. originated finance transactions.
Nicolas holds a Master degree in Business Law (Maîtrise en Droit des affaires) from the University of Strasbourg (France, 2006) and obtained a postgraduate degree in Banking and Financial Law (Master II en Droit bancaire et financier) from the same university (2007).
Nicolas has published various articles on insolvency proceedings and securities regulations.
Nicolas was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008.
Nicolas is fluent in French and English.
