Aurélie Brenneke Associate

 

Aurélie Brenneke is an associate in our Arbitration & Litigation and Competition law practice groups. She is serving a wide range of corporate clients and banks in arbitration and litigation matters related to commercial law, corporate disputes and insolvency. She also assists clients in the field of competition law (hard-core cartels, abuse of dominance, vertical restraints) and specialises in transactions involving public procurement and public contracts.

Aurélie holds an LL.M degree in international and EU law from the Saarland University in Saarbrücken (2019) and a master's degree in international and EU law from the University of Strasbourg (2018). 

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Aurélie worked for another well-known law firm in Luxembourg. She was also a lecturer at the Saarland University in Saarbrücken.

Aurélie is admitted to the Luxembourg bar (List II). 

Aurélie is a native French speaker, fluent in German and English.
