Pamela Bührman specialises in intellectual property law, IT law and privacy law. Her work includes both contentious and non-contentious matters. She advises national and international clients on, amongst others, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade names, internet domain names, commercial contracts, and privacy and data protection.
Before joining the IP/IT team, Pamela was a member of the Corporate M&A department in which she advised clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions, (including due diligence investigations and the drafting and negotiating of transaction documentation). She also advised clients in relation to commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
Pamela graduated from the University of Amsterdam in July 2016 with a specialization in Information Law. During her bachelor's degree at Leiden University she participated in an exchange with Boston University. Pamela also obtained a bachelor's degree in history at the University of Amsterdam.
Pamela joined NautaDutilh in May 2017 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
