Vincent Candelaria works in the Employment & Pensions department where he advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues such as reorganisations, employee participation, individual and collective dismissal, incapacity for work and pension issues. Furthermore, he advises on ESG related topics such as diversity & inclusion, (sexual) harassment & discrimination, whistleblower issues and work culture. He advises and litigates for both employers and employees.

Vincent obtained his bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law at Utrecht University and his master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam. He also studied at the Queen Mary University of London. While a student, he worked at the Administrative High Court and several international law firms.

Vincent joined NautaDutilh in 2023. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
