Vincent Candelaria works in the Employment & Pensions department where he advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as reorganisations, employee consultation rights, individual and collective dismissal and incapacity for work. He advises and litigates for both employers and employees.
 
Vincent obtained his bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law at Utrecht University and his master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam. He also studied at the Queen Mary University of London. While a student, he worked at the Administrative High Court and several international law firms. 

Vincent joined NautaDutilh in February 2023. He is not admitted to the Bar Association.
