Thomas Castermans is a member of the Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advises clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Previously, Thomas was a member of NautaDutilh's Dispute Resolution team, where he advised and litigated in the areas of liability law, insurance law and financial law.

Thomas graduated from Leiden University, where he obtained a master's degree in Civil Law. Thomas has also studied China Studies in Leiden (B.A.) and he obtained a LL.M. degree from King’s College in London.

He joined NautaDutilh in 2019 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
