

Tom de Clerck Counsel
Tom de Clerck is a member of the department Dispute Resolution in the Amsterdam office. He advises and litigates on matters relating to (national and international) insolvency and restructuring.
Tom graduated with a master's degree in Criminal Law from the University of Nijmegen in 2010, followed by a master's degree in Private Law (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam in 2011. In 2017 he finished the INSOLAD/Grotius specialist training on Insolvency (cum laude). Tom is a lecturer on topics related to restructuring and insolvency law with the University of Amsterdam and the Law Firm School.
Tom is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and is a member of the Dutch Association of Insolvency Practitioners (INSOLAD) and the European Association of Insolvency Practitioners (INSOL Europe). Tom joined NautaDutilh in December 2011.
