Meliha Dacic is a counsel in our Luxembourg banking & finance practice. She has extensive experience in banking and financial law. She advises clients on all types of international and domestic finance transactions, including secured lending and real estate, acquisition and fund finance. She has particular expertise in capital markets transactions and regularly advises clients on the issuance of equity and debt securities, financial products and listing regulations. She also has experience in Luxembourg financial regulatory matters. In 2015 and 2016, she was seconded at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg where she advised on various types of finance transactions (project finance, corporate lending and SME loans). As of February 2023, Meliha is based in NautaDutilh's New York office.

Meliha holds a law degree and an LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg. She has published several articles on financial collateral arrangements, securities laws and banking regulations. She is a member of the Luxembourg Association of Banking Lawyers (ALJB).

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2012.

Meliha is fluent in English, French and Serbian. She also has working knowledge of German and Luxembourgish.
