Julie De Bonnet advises on all aspects of real estate law, including sale operations, sale and leaseback, leases and other occupancy rights, with a particular expertise in retail leases.

She has experience in handling large real estate transactions and in related commercial contracts and construction law issues. Julie handles both real estate asset (“asset deal”) and corporate real estate transactions (“share deal”). She also assists on advising and conducting litigations concerning general real estate disputes and litigations, such as claims concerning construction works, tenant’s disputes and judicial expertise.

She is also one of the few lawyers to be a member of the Cercle Belge des Femmes de l'Immobilier (CBFI), a select group of women leaders in the real estate sector.

  • Qualifications

    Julie holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL 2007) as well as a complementary Master in European law from the European Studies Institute of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB 2008). She also followed a Real Estate Executive Master at the Louvain School of Management (UCL 01/2014-06/2015).

    Julie is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2008. She joined NautaDutilh as a local partner in 2023.

    She speaks French, Spanish, Dutch and English.
