Nicolas de Crombrugghe is a partner in our corporate/M&A team. He has more than 25 years of experience in M&A, capital markets and stock exchange matters. He acts for corporates, PE/VC funds, family offices, scale-ups and banks on a wide range of transactions. Nicolas also gained specific experience in the impact investment world in 2024-2025, as a partner in a climate tech fund.

  • Qualifications

    Nicolas received his law degree from the KU Leuven in 1998 and his Master of Laws (LL.M) from King’s College London in 1999.

    Nicolas joined NautaDutilh in 1999 and was named partner in 2014. In 2003, he was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May. From 2024 to 2026, he served as a partner at Edaphon, a climate tech impact fund, before rejoining NautaDutilh in May 2026.
