Jasper De fauw focuses on corporate and commercial litigation.
He advises clients on a wide range of litigious matters, including national and international recovery issues, contractual and commercial disputes and suits for damages for competition law violations.
Jasper also assists clients facing dawn raids and works closely with the firm's Competition department.
He obtained his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Ghent (UG) in 2009. His master thesis on the free movement of lawyers within the European Union was awarded with the Flemish Bar of Lawyers Student Prize ("OVB-Studentenprijs"). In 2010, he obtained an LL.M. in European Law magna cum laude from the Institute for European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (IEE-ULB).
Jasper was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2010. Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2013, he worked as an associate in an international law firm in Brussels.
In addition to his native Dutch, Jasper is fluent in French and English.
