Alix de la Barre specialises in employment law.

She obtained her bachelor's degree in law at the University Saint-Louis in Brussels and her master's degree at the University of Leuven (KUL) in 2019. During her master's degree, she studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid for an Erasmus exchange. Before joining the firm, Alix did a LL.M. in employment law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and graduated magna cum laude.

Alix was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2020 and joined NautaDutilh that same year.
