He focuses on lease contracts, sale and lease back agreements and real estate work (acquisitions, financing, real estate funds, etc.) for Belgian and international clients as well as on asset and project finance, including PPP's.
Didier regularly helps clients structure complex transactions and advises on the ensuing financing, regulatory and compliance issues. His clients include listed companies, insurance companies and banks.

He is a former member of the Council of the Brussels Bar Association as well as of the International Bar Association. He currently serves on the Disciplinary Council of the Brussels Bar Association and is president of International Project Finance Association (IPFA) Council for Belgium.

Qualifications
Didier graduated from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) in 1983. He subsequently earned a post-graduate degree in business law from the University of Brussels (ULB) and is amongst the few attorneys in Belgium to also hold an MBA (Solvay Business School, 1988).
