He focuses on lease contracts, sale and lease back agreements and real estate work (acquisitions, financing, real estate funds, etc.) for Belgian and international clients as well as on asset and project finance, including PPP's.

    Didier graduated from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven) in 1983. He subsequently earned a post-graduate degree in business law from the University of Brussels (ULB) and is amongst the few attorneys in Belgium to also hold an MBA (Solvay Business School, 1988).
