Lauren Delleman

Lauren advises and litigates on behalf of both national and international clients with regard to, amongst others, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade names, domain names and advertising law. Her clients are active in a variety of industries, including consumer goods (such as food, clothing and luxury goods), tech, life sciences and financial services. She assists them in disputes, as well as with non-contentious matters, including drafting and negotiating (license) agreements, IP related issues in transactions and vesting security rights on IP rights.

Lauren is a member of various associations, such as the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI, where she actively participates in Dutch national study groups), and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).

In 2017, Lauren graduated from VU University Amsterdam. She holds a bachelor's degree in Dutch Law (cum laude) and a master's degree in Private Law (cum laude). In 2014, she won the Young Talent Award of the Faculty of Law. Lauren joined NautaDutilh in 2018.
