Garance Diacono is an associate in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition practice. She specialises in FinTech, IT, data protection, e-archiving, e-commerce, IP and general commercial law.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Garance worked as an intern for several law firms in Paris.

Garance holds a law degree from the Aix-Marseille University as well as an LLM in IP from the University of Louvain. She also followed the Cours complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL) at the University of Luxembourg.

Garance is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
