Faouzi Dib is an associate in our tax practice. In that capacity, he assists domestic and international clients on all kinds of tax matters with a particular focus on the tax aspects of investment funds, private equity, real estate, mergers and acquisition and structured finance transactions.

Faouzi holds a master's degree (LL.M) in US International & Transnational Law from the Chicago Kent College of Law (2019) and a master's degree in European Business Law from the University Paris Descartes (2020).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Faouzi worked as a tax associate at an independent tax advisory firm in Luxembourg and has been seconded at a major international bank. 

Faouzi is admitted to the Luxembourg bar. 

He is a French native speaker and is fluent in English.
