Terrence Dom specializes in privacy and data protection and is a member of the NautaDutilh Benelux Data Protection Team. He advises both national and international clients, often in a cross-border context, in relation to privacy rules and regulations including (the Dutch implementation of) the General Data Protection Regulation. Terrence' services include drafting and negotiating privacy related documents (e.g. privacy statements and data processing agreements) and advising about internal privacy conduct, data subjects' rights, international transfer of personal data, e-privacy (including cookies) and e-marketing and personal data breaches.
Before, Terrence was a member of the Finance department. Terrence graduated from VU University Amsterdam in 2015 in corporate law (LL.M. Ondernemingsrecht aan de Zuidas). He also studied at Maastricht University (LL.B. European Law School). He joined NautaDutilh in June 2015 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
