

Terrence Dom Senior Associate
Terrence Dom specialises in privacy and data protection law and is a member of the Benelux Data Protection Team and the Technology Group. He provides strategic advice and litigates regarding privacy and data protection laws and regulations, to national and international clients, often in a cross-border context. Terrence' services include, among other things, drafting and negotiating privacy compliance documents (e.g. privacy statements and data processing agreements) and assisting clients with respect to internal privacy conduct, data subjects' rights, international data transfer, e-privacy (including cookies), e-marketing and telemarketing, personal data breach management and notification, data protection impact assessments, legitimate interest assessments and matters relating to statutory confidentiality obligations.
Terrence joined NautaDutilh in June 2015, after graduating from VU Amsterdam in 2015 in corporate law (LL.M. Ondernemingsrecht aan de Zuidas). He also studied at Maastricht University (LL.B. European Law School). In 2021, Terrence completed the post-academic specialisation course on Privacy and Data Protection Law of the Dutch Privacy Lawyers Association (VPR-A) and Leiden University (cum laude).
Terrence is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and a member of the Dutch Association Privacy Law (VPR), the Young Dutch Privacy Lawyers (JPAN) the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Dutch Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR), and the Dutch Privacy Lawyers Association (VPR-A).
