Alex Draaisma works in the Banking & Finance group of NautaDutilh. Alex advises national and international financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, investment firms and investment institutions on financial regulatory law and securities law. He also assists clients in relation to the development of new products and services as well as with transactions within the financial sector. As of April 2022, Alex works from NautaDutilh's New York office, where he advises clients on cross-border finance and debt capital markets transactions.
 
Alex completed his LL.M. in Business Law cum laude at the Radboud University Nijmegen in 2017, and joined NautaDutilh the following year. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
