Thierry Duquesne Local Partner

Thierry Duquesne specialises in Belgian and European labour law. He focuses on corporate employment law issues, such as collective bargaining agreements, restructuring, employee consultation requirements, and the transfer of undertakings. He also has experience in well-being at work.

Thierry is an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of NautaDutilh Brussels. He regularly advises his clients on issues related to ethical rules and the principle of equality, discrimination, moral or sexual harassment and employee privacy. 

Thierry received his law degree from the University of Brussels (ULB) in 1994. He obtained a post-graduate degree in labour law from that same university the following year. Thierry also holds a Master of Laws from the College of Europe (1999). He was called to the Brussels Bar in 1995 and joined NautaDutilh in 1999. Thierry was named a Local Partner in the firm in 2010.

Thierry is a member of the AJPDS (Belgian Employment Lawyers Association) and the College of Europe Alumni Association and has published articles on selected topics in the field of employment law.
