Thierry is an active member of NautaDutilh's Diversity & Inclusion Committee. He is a member of the AJPDS (Belgian Employment Lawyers Association) and the College of Europe Alumni Association and has published articles on selected topics in the field of employment law.

Qualifications
Thierry received his law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 1994. He obtained a post-graduate degree in labour law from that same university the following year. Thierry also holds a Master of Laws from the College of Europe (1999). He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1995. In 1999, he joined NautaDutilh and became a local partner in 2010.
