Yassin el Marchouhi

Yassin el Marchouhi is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice group. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advises clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Previously, Yassin was an associate in the Public Law & Regulatory group, where he advised on a range of administrative law matters, including environmental law, nature conservation law, energy law, and general administrative law. Yassin represents (semi)governmental institutions as well as commercial companies.

In 2023, Yassin received his master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University. During his studies, he did internships (administrative law) at renowned law firms.

Yassin joined NautaDutilh in August 2023 and he is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
