Harry Eliaerts focuses on real estate and PPP.
Prior to studying law, Harry obtained a degree in criminology from the University of Ghent (UGent). He received his law degree from that same university in 2007 and a post-graduate degree in business law (droit économique - droit de l'entreprise) from the University of Brussels (ULB) the following year.
Harry primarily advises Belgian and international companies and investors on a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions, drafting and negotiating various types of agreements (e.g. sale, purchase and lease agreements, etc.), construction issues, property development, soil pollution, etc. He is particularly interested in PPPs and project finance. Harry also has considerable experience in general corporate law and M&A.
Harry joined NautaDutilh in September 2008 and was admitted to the Brussels bar that same year.
