Jorrit van Es works as a lawyer in the Public Law & Regulatory practice group. He advises and as-sists clients on a wide range of administrative law issues. His focus is on the industrial and energy sectors, where he assists clients with, among other things, permitting procedures, administrative law proceedings and matters relating to energy law, supervision and enforcement.

In addition to his experience in administrative law, Jorrit has two years of experience in corporate law, where he advised clients on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex commercial contracts. His experience also includes corporate and energy law in a broader sense, with a specific focus on strategic projects in the energy sector. Thanks to this combination of public and private law experience, Jorrit is well positioned to provide clients with comprehensive advice on legally and commercially complex matters.

Jorrit studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam and VU University Amsterdam, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law and his master's degree in Corporate Law, respectively. Jorrit also studied for a semester at the University of New South Wales in Sydney (Australia).

Jorrit joined NautaDutilh in 2022. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
