Jennifer Esakwa Ayimona is an associate in the Corporate and Finance department. She advises national and international financial institutions such as credit institutions, investment firms and (re)insurance undertakings on all aspects of the financial regulation. She assists clients in the launch and development of new products and services in Belgium and in different types of capital markets and financing transactions. Jennifer also assists clients in M&A transactions and advises them on corporate law related matters.

Jennifer also regularly assists undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) wishing to (pre-)market their units in Belgium. She also assists clients in assessing and implementing effective corporate governance rules.

  • Qualifications

    She obtained her law degree cum laude from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2020, following a Bachelor of Laws from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles. Jennifer also obtained a University Certificate in Banking and Finance Law from UCLouvain in 2023. She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2020 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year.
