Keri van Ettekoven works as a lawyer within the Public Law & Regulatory group. She advises and litigates within the administrative law practice on various environmental law issues, with specific focus on environmental law, enforcement law, spatial planning law and energy law.

She represents project developers, real estate investors, grid managers, various industrial companies and (semi-)public authorities, among others. During her career, Keri gained litigation experience in various administrative law proceedings on zoning plans, (environmental) permits, energy infrastructure projects and enforcement cases, among others.

Keri completed a master's degree in constitutional and administrative law at Utrecht University in 2017. She also studied at Lund University in Sweden. Before Keri n 2019 joined NautaDutilh, she worked at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. She is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR), the Construction Law Association (VBR) and the Environmental Law Association (VMR).
